No need to worry! Your service will not be interrupted. In the event you exceed your plan allowance, the appropriate number of user packs or storage will be added to your account. Each user pack covers up to 5 user accounts.

We will automatically add user packs (5 accounts) or extra storage to your MantisHub once you go over your plan allowance. That way your plan can grow to accommodate your needs

You don’t need credit card details to try out our service but if you wish to continue using the service after the trial period ends you can simply add credit card details to your account with no interruption to your service.

We accept most major credit cards. We don't accept Paypal. For customers on our annual Platinum or above, we support billing and bank transfers with a $75/year surcharge to cover billing and bank transfer costs.

If you want to change plans you can do so via your billing interface. You can also change from monthly payments to annual at any time and take advantage of the significant savings and single invoice you get paying annually.

In addition to locking in today's prices and having less paperwork with one annual payment, pricing of our annual plans gives you a significant discount on our already great valued pricing plans.

We'll miss you! But if you do decide to cancel your service, you can do so at anytime via your account management interface. We’ll refund any payment made within 30 day of cancellation on request. Any remaining balance of annual plans won't be refunded (unless it was paid in the last 30 days). Also don’t forget to download a backup of any data or statements you wish to keep as we will delete all you data after a suitable grace period.

Once you no longer need a user account or a project, you can disable them. Once a user or project is disabled, they won't be included when calculating your billing.

We can help with your migration from an existing MantisBT database for a seamless transition. We required that you are on an annual Gold to Platinum plan and we charge a one-off $250 fee. We do migrations over a weekend to avoid any downtime to your team and you’ll have a dedicated engineer manage the migration.

Workflow customization is the ability to change statuses, severities, priorities, and fields visible on issues.

We offer a 10% discount to 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations. Once you choose your plan and add your payment method, forward the paperwork to support@mantishub.com and we'll arrange the discount for you.
